Our application process is a little old fashioned. While we offer our Application online here, it must be printed and returned to our office along with a deposit of $800 and an application fee of $40 (per adult). The money must be in the form of a cashiers check or money order. We only accept Applications when we have an available unit, however, we will be happy to add you to our Waiting List if you would like.
