The Midlake Apartments are perfectly located in the heart of Fountain City just one block behind the Duck Pond. They are within walking distance of the Pond, the Park, several Churches, Restaurants, and Shops. The grounds are well maintained and the apartments are all updated. We have a coin-operated laundry room on site. Water, sewer, trash, and lawn care are all included in the rent.

Our application process is a little old fashioned. While we offer our Application online here, it must be printed and returned to our office along with a deposit of $600 and an application fee of $40 (per adult). The money must be in the form of a cashiers check or money order. We only accept Applications when we have an available unit, however, we will be happy to add you to our Waiting List if you would like.
