About Us

The Fountain City Apartments is a local family-owned and managed company. We are proud to offer North Knoxville great two-bedroom apartment homes at affordable prices. With locations in the Fountain City and Halls communities, our apartments are convenient to parks, ponds, churches, and shopping. All units have been updated and are extremely neat and clean.

Midlake Apartments

The Midlake Apartments are perfectly located in the heart of Fountain City just 1 block behind the Duck Pond. They are within walking distance of the Pond, the Park, several Churches, Restaurants and Shops. The grounds are well maintained and the apartments are all updated. We have a coin-operated laundry room on site. Water, sewer, trash and lawn care are all included in the rent.

Rents start at $800
Deposit/Fee is $500/half refundable
Application Fee is $40 per adult

We have some great duplexes in 2 locations in the Halls Community.
All have been updated and have personal outdoor space and convenient parking right outside the unit.

Our application process is a little old fashioned. While we offer our Application online here, it must be printed and returned to our office along with a deposit of $500 or $600 (depending on the location) and an application fee of $40 (per adult). The money must be in the form of a cashiers check or money order. We only accept Applications when we have an available unit, however, we will be happy to add you to our Waiting List if you would like.
